What's your favourite colour?⁠ ⁠ I'm not sure about my all time favourite but I absolutely love yellow. Especially in books. It has to be a certain shade though, as nice sunny, rich yellow. Is there a book you read this year that you’d love to see made into a movie?⁠ ⁠ For me it's probably The Simple Wild by @katucker_. This book blew me away with it's lovable characters, great mix of funny and feels moments and a stunning setting. 🔥Review🔥⁠ The Au Pair, Emma Rous: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⁠ ⁠ Unfortunately for me, The Au Pair was only alright… which I’m not enjoying saying. Have you read it? What did you think?⁠ ⁠ I had high hopes for this one which tells the story of a family who live on a country estate shrouded in rumours and mystery. I liked the family aspect to the drama, the love but also the distrust that ran through them all. It felt a bit like an old manor drama or trying to figure out the ending in Cluedo.⁠ ⁠ It all seemed to come to a head quite fast though for a story that was pretty slow in the build-up.
