This was a romance that I wanted to love but unfortunately only liked. I’ve read most of Vi Keeland’s books and whilst I’ve loved some, just as many have only been 3 star reads for me. I do love how most of her books are stand alone and that they are all different, dealing with... Continue Reading →
Ok so… I absolutely devoured this book pretty much in a couple of hours. I picked it randomly after seeing it all over the book world, not knowing what it was about. And I’m so glad I did. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC. Kickin’ It is a fun, wild, novel about a struggling female football player and an uber rich and successful sports agent that mixes forbidden love with a huge hit of sports romance. I didn't love it, I didn't hate it but I was to get to what I think will be the good part of this series so I'm powering on.
I really struggled with this book. I wanted to like it so much but it was hard to when these characters were making such awful decisions for themselves and each other.
